      The Buffalo Soldier National Museum’s 18th Annual Benefit Gala

      Join the BSNM for a night of elegance, that will include fine dining, live performances from 8th Sunday, auctions, cocktails and much more to celebrate a triumphant 19 years! Along with these festivities, guests will also enjoy an invigorating panel discussion featuring sports legends, moderated by the renowned sports commentator, Ralph Cooper.

      Supporting S.T.E.M. is the night’s theme that will highlight the important role of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers in our local community. Executive Director of The Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, Desmond Bertrand-Pitts believes this ceremony is especially important for the non-profit organization, “The BSNM is committed to advancing our educational reach by incorporating STEM initiatives into our programming. We have developed innovative, thought provoking, inspiring and engaging exhibits, workshops and activities that middle and high school students can participate in. We are excited and eager to provide young men and women with the opportunity to engage with history with a hands on approach by way of these amazing initiatives: Forgotten Faces of Fort Craig, NASA Space Exploration, Inventions by Dr. Lonnie Johnson and Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M.A.S.H.).”
